Senior Accountant

Alexandra helps manage the accounts of our pooled trust members, making sure everything is handled carefully and correctly. She loves bringing clarity and peace of mind to people’s financial lives, so they can focus on what matters most.

Corey Haertel, LMSW

Social Worker

Corey grew up in Western New York and is passionate about supporting people and families through the pooled trust process. He takes the time to listen, understand, and guide members with patience and care. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Jay has spent his career supporting people with disabilities, helping them navigate complex systems with confidence. He’s here to make the first steps simple and reassuring, and to ensure every member feels understood and supported.

Lauren works alongside our senior accountant to manage member accounts with care and attention to detail. She focuses on making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so members can feel confident their finances are in good hands.

Managing Attorney / CELJ

Kevin is a Managing Attorney at CELJ, leading several core legal practice areas. With over 12 years at CELJ, he has represented thousands of clients in complex cases and developed practical legal strategies. A lifelong Buffalo resident, Kevin is dedicated to serving the Western New York community. He is a proud graduate of Canisius High School, Niagara University, and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
